About CMS/CAB Club

  • Responsible for organizing/ leading the Booster Club. Sets dates/plans for successful year based on budget and needs of Athletic Department. Sets dates and ideas for fundraising events. Actively communicates mission of the Booster Club to the school population through the teams and assists recruiting parent reps. Responsible for organizing meetings throughout the year on need basis. Actively communicates with Athletic Director and fellow CMS CAB Chairs.

  • Acts as aide to president and performs duties of the president in the absence or inability of that office to act.

  • Responsible for making deposits, preparing checks and reporting account balances twice a year. Helps prepare cash boxes for concessions and special events. Approves or recommends spending. Prepares tax return. Works closely with AD and President.

  • Responsible for website maintenance and updates, online payment configuration, administration of cublrethathleticboosters.org domain membership (via Google Workspace).

  • Coordinates all aspects of dance planning and execution.

  • Coordinate all aspects and execution of the Annual Dodgeball Tournament.

  • Item descriptionResponsible for planning/organizing the 3 Awards Banquets during the school year. Includes setting dates of banquet, lining up food with vendor, ordering awards and organizing food order forms and volunteers.

Culbreth Athletic Booster Club Board

CAB Club Open Positions

  • Keeps an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings of the Membership and the CAB Board. Records all expenditures in meeting minutes. Prepares and disseminates minutes of board meetings to appropriate administrative staff, Athletic Director, Asst. Athletic Director, and Board Members.

  • Responsible for stocking the indoor and outdoor concessions stands by season. Communicates with Parent Reps on running concessions. Responsible for stocking the concessions for fundraising events (Dance/Dodgeball) if possible.

Aside from our Booster Board we need lots of parents to sign up as Parent Representatives for teams, running concessions at games, assist us with event ticket sales, chaperoning our dance, and setting up/clearing banquets. 

  • Assists the coach and team by coordinating parent volunteers during the season to help with team snacks, scorekeeping/timekeeping, selling concessions and carpooling (if needed).
